Define 1. Proposal - Let us know what your specific training needs are and we will develop a proposal which lists the details of your custom-built CBT and its associated costs. A proposal is completely free and without obligation. 2. Information Gathering - You provide us with any training materials you currently use including outlines, manuals, exercises, Powerpoint presentations, etc. Design
3. Storyboarding - We develop "storyboards" to outline how we plan to deliver your content. The storyboards are rough sketches of how the lesson will eventually look. You can edit, add and delete content as you see fit. When we have a working model that we are both happy with we are ready to move on. Develop 4. Lesson Development - You give us access to your system so that we can dial in and collect the screen shots that are necessary for building your tutorials. We create your lessons according to the storyboard layouts. 5. Editing - You review the completed lessons and offer any suggestions for changes. We make any changes you require and prepare your lessons for final delivery. Deploy 6. Implementation - We save your tutorials in whatever
format you desire - for the web, LAN or CD browser - and help you plan how you
will roll out the training to your staff.
